We currently only deliver our products within South Africa. We cover all the provinces, rural and urban areas within South Africa. All other countries and regions are excluded. Please do not make a purchase if your delivery address is outside South Africa.
Delivery processing time
All orders will be processed within 5 – 10 working, we use standard express courier to deliver to all locations within South Africa.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery rates and estimates
The standard delivery rate across South Africa is R150 (This number can change without notice as we rely on our courier partners for delivery – please review the delivery charge carefully in your cart), if you place a large order this amount may be adjusted based on the size of the order.
Delivery confirmation and Order tracking
When your order has been accepted, you will receive an initial order confirmation email, followed by a delivery email from our delivery partners. This email will contain an order tracking number, with a tracking link you can use to track the progress on your delivery.
The tracking link will be active after a couple of hours, usually after 6-7pm the same day, although this time may vary depending on the delivery company used. When the tracking link is activated, it will contain useful information about the location of your order and delivery progress.

Custom, duties and taxes
There are no customs and duty tax to be paid on any order.
Dermacell is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
